Designed especially for the small to medium sized custom and production-run shops.1st cuts system is universally adaptable to all wood cutting band saws,18" or larger,2 H.P. or larger.

Here are a few of the many 1stcuts features
1. straight line as many as 12 1" boards with a
single pass. (edge jointing rough stock prior to
other tasks ).
2. Resaws thicker stock to minimize planer waste.
( split 1" boards down the center 12" wide ).
3. Beveling; 1stcuts tilting fence allows you to
chamfer edges to 45 degrees. ( octagons for spindle
turning ).
4. Tapering ; fence adjusts on its longitudinal axis
to 20 degrees. ( makes tapered legs fast and easy).
5. Make all incremental rips after straight lining
with rack & pinion fence assembly. ( check out our
specs. page ).
6. Small mill; Saw logs up to 12" dia. 10 ' long.

Here, we just finished straight lining (4) 6/4 boards of various length,width,and species. By placing the widest board on the bottom, and the remainder on top lining up the front edges , and dogging all boards at once.( Elapsed time for, loading,cutting, and unloading 1 min.! Accuracy 1/32" + or - in 12' !!)
